Can you believe it’s almost 2020? What are your plans for New Year’s Eve? It’s my anniversary and I love the fact that wherever I am, people are celebrating! On the topic of celebrating, I want to thank you for coming along on this baking adventure with me. It’s been 30 days of baking fun and I’m so happy to have been able to share it with you.

1 cup butter
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar (1 cup for dough ¼ cup for dusting)
1 ¼ cups flour
1 ¼ cups chopped walnuts

Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool for 2-3 minutes, then sprinkle them with powdered sugar and allow to cool completely before serving.
