Raise your hand if you love s’mores! There’s no need for a campfire with these cute s’mores cups, complete with toasted marshmallows and hot chocolate kisses. Yum!
4 oz cream cheese (at room temp)
¼ cup butter
¼ cup graham crackers (crushed)
¼ cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 cup mini marshmallows
12 hot cocoa kisses
Preheat oven to 325° F. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add egg. Mix on medium until creamy and smooth. Add in graham crackers, flour, and salt. Coat a mini muffin tin with baking spray. Divide dough into 12 balls. Press into a cookie tin. Use your thumb to form a cup. Bake at 325° F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Press the center of the cookie cup again. Fill with mini marshmallows. Bake at 325° F for another 5-10 minutes or until marshmallows are bubbling and lightly browned. Let cool for 5 minutes. Then press a cocoa kiss into each cup.
