Easy Rainbow Cake Recipe Using Box Cake Mix
Ingredients:
2 boxes white cake mix
6 egg whites
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
Directions:
Mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil, and water. Add egg whites and mix until batter is smooth. Divide batter into separate bowls or containers and add food coloring and/or flavorings as desired. Thoroughly span a Bundt pan and add cake batters one at a time, slowly layering each on top of the other. Bake at 350° for 50 to 65 minutes. Begin testing cake with approximately 10 minutes remaining to prevent the bottom (top, once the cake is flipped out of pan) from getting too done. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and then quickly flip Bundt pan onto cake stand or plate. Enjoy!
