INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ginger ale
3 eggs
1/4 cup honey yogurt
Juice of half a lime
Lime zest
INSTRUCTIONS:
Start by adding white cake mix to mixing bowl. Pour in oil, orange juice, ginger ale. Add eggs, yogurt, and juice from ½ a lime. Set mixer to low and mix ingredients throughly. While mixing, add zest of lime.
Liberally spray Bundt pan with baking spray, making sure to coat all areas and crevices very well. Pour cake mixture into pan, filling approximately ¾ full. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife or cake tester comes out cleanly. Let cake cool for 5-10 minutes. Invert Bundt cake pan onto cake plate. Dust with powdered sugar. Sprinkle with orange, lemon, and lime zest for a colorful topping.
