OK, it’s once again time to cast your votes for the latest section of our collaborative cozy mystery, A Brunch with Death. 🗳️

There were some really wonderful suggestions to choose from this week. Things are heating up in our mystery and the climax is right around the corner, so be sure to vote on your favorite choices this week! Only one choice per question, please.

Question #1: Why did Toni break into the safe and steal the deed?

a. She stole the deed in exchange for divorce papers from Peter.
b. Peter hired Toni to get back his rightful ownership of the Merry Windsor.
c. Toni was married to Peter and planned to steal the Merry Windsor from Richard.
d. Toni stole the deed so that Peter could forge it and take control on the Merry Windsor.
e. Toni stole the deed so that Richard wouldn’t see that his name isn’t on it.

Question #2: What is Hank’s motive?

a. Hank is secretly Richard’s brother. He killed Peter because he planned to steal the Merry Windsor from Richard and Peter got in the way.
b. Hank wanted revenge for the death of his mother, who Peter killed with poison a few years ago.
c. Hank was the mastermind behind falsifying food orders. Peter was his partner and was going to cut him out.
d. Richard is actually Hank’s father. He didn’t mean to kill Peter, just to foil Toni and Peter’s plans.
e. Hank is Toni’s son. He killed Peter for her sake.
