3 tbsps 3 cocoa powder, plus extra for dusting
½ cup ½ granulated sugar, plus extra for coating
6 oz 6 dark chocolate, chopped
4 4 large egg yolks
6 6 large egg whites
1 tsp 1 vanilla extract
½ ½ salt
¼ tsp ¼ cream of tartar
