Sometimes in the midst of the holiday bustle, you just crave comfort. Nothing says comfort like these soft and chewy peanut butter chip cookies. When Nestle Tollhouse sent me this package, I didn’t even consider baking anything else. Why mess with perfection? There’s just one problem with these cookies—they disappear and I mean fast. I filled the cookie jar, looked away, and—poof—they were gone!
